However, it’s important that you check with your insurance provider to confirm that I’m in-network with your specific plan and to understand your mental health benefits—including copays, deductibles, and coverage limits. Please reach out to your insurance company before your first appointment to make sure you know what’s covered.

If I am out of network with your insurance plan, my out of network rates are:
- Individual: $150.00 per 55 minute session
- Couples: $175.00 per 55 minute session.
- ART 90 minute session: $175.00
Out-Of-Network Reimbursments
Depending on your specific plan, you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance company using a “superbill” provided by our office.
Good Faith Estimate
At Collected Connections, we are committed to transparent and affordable mental health care. Under the No Surprises Act, all clients who are not using insurance or are uninsured have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for therapy services. This estimate helps clients understand the potential costs of care prior to beginning services, allowing for informed financial decisions.
What to Expect with Your Good Faith Estimate
Estimate Timing: You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing prior to your first scheduled session. If there are any changes to the scope or length of services, an updated estimate will be provided.
Included Information: The estimate will include the anticipated costs for the initial assessment, ongoing therapy sessions, and any other services agreed upon.
Changes to the Estimate: Please note that your actual costs may vary based on the course of treatment and your specific needs. We will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated costs throughout your care.
