Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a groundbreaking, evidence-based form of psychotherapy designed to help you reprocess traumatic memories and reframe negative thought patterns. ART combines elements of traditional talk therapy with guided visualization and eye movements.
